Apex Marine Miami is a factory authorized service and repair facility for Yamaha and Mercury outboards, and Volvo Penta. Our technicians are factory trained and regularly attend courses to keep up to date on technological changes. We stock common parts from manufacturers and our mobile units will come to your dock for repair whenever possible.
At Apex Marine, customer satisfaction is our number one objective. We understand that customers have many choices when it comes to where to service your yacht or boat. Apex Marine hauls out and blocks boats up to 125 feet for surveys and repairs. Schedule an appointment with our service department to arrange a time to bring your boat to us to haul it out of the water and block it. Haul-outs make it easier for your surveyor to fully inspect the boat’s hull and running gear.
When you choose to have your vessel surveyed at Apex Marine and you return within 60 days of the original survey to have repairs made and the cost of the repairs are equal to the amount of the survey, we will haul-out the boat for free. You will only be charged the blocking fee and the cost of the repairs.
Southeast Florida is located in what is commonly referred to as “Hurricane Alley”. Consequently, if you own a luxury yacht, your insurance company will require you to have a hurricane plan in the event a storm threatens Southeast Florida. Apex Marine offers dry dock and in-water storage spaces at our Miami facility. An annual hurricane storage contract guarantees your space for the entire season.
Our Miami facility is located one mile inland from the Intracoastal Waterway. In most instances, this minimizes the impact of significant storm surges.
Our contracts are sent out in January of each year, so we suggest you contact us well before hurricane season starts in order to secure a space.
